We collect: (a) Account information: name, email, phone, role. (b) Business information: client, property, asset, and work order data. (c) Location information: GPS for technicians with tracking enabled, property addresses. (d) Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. (e) Usage data: pages visited, features used, time on Platform. (f) Communications: messages between users, call logs.
We use your information to: provide and improve services, process payments, assign technicians, optimize operations with AI, send service notifications, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and provide business analytics. AI analyzes patterns to generate business recommendations, but does not sell your data to third parties.
For technicians with GPS tracking enabled, we collect real-time location to optimize dispatch and provide field service tracking. Tracking is disabled outside working hours or when the technician disables it. Location data is stored in UTC and displayed in your selected timezone.
We retain your data while your account is active. After termination, we retain data for 90 days to allow recovery, then permanently delete it. Financial and compliance records may be retained longer as required by law. You may request data export or deletion at any time.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information with: (a) service providers who process payments and storage, (b) legal authorities when required by law, (c) other users within the Platform based on their role (e.g., a technician sees assigned job details). Third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Our AI analyzes business data to generate insights, pricing recommendations, fraud detection, and operations optimization. AI models are trained on aggregated and anonymized data. Generated insights are shared within your account, but underlying data is not shared with other users without your consent.
We implement technical and organizational security measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, security audits, and fraud monitoring. Data access is restricted based on user role. We notify affected users within 72 hours of detecting a security breach.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Platform. We respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for Platform functionality (session, authentication) and analytics cookies to improve the service. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Essential cookies are necessary for the Platform to function.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us to delete it.
